BACKGROUND

In Ireland the Three brand was repositioned 'to stay ahead of the game' in the ever-changing landscape of the mobile market. The driving philosophy was to Make Mobile Better by being open, honest and keeping it simple.

OBJECTIVE

To bring the Three brand to life in the Dublin offices.

CONCEPT

Since understanding the spirit of the brand is as important for staff as customers, the offices underwent a complete refurb.

With 'Make Mobile Better' as the internal 

philosophy, we asked each member of staff what is their driving force - who or what inspires them? A huge staff party was organised where everyone arrived dressed as or holding something relating to this idea. Lots of beer, wine and many photographs later, a wall of staff portraits was created. Every morning on the way past reception each member of staff gets a quick reminder of that original inspiration...
